Item Return Requirements:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Having your order number prepared will also speed up the process.
Returning The Item/s:

If your return is accepted, and the cause for the return is due to an error or problem from Fightz On we’ll send you a return shipping label or ask the customer to post it themselves and send us the postage receipt. We will cover your return costs up to the equivalent of 2nd class signed for UK postage. International costs may vary.
If the reason for return is the fault of the buyer such as selecting a wrong size when a size guide was provided, we will ask you to cover the return postage. We will email through instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and likely returned to sender.
Items can be returned within 7 working days from the time of delivery. After the 7 working days have elapsed, we are no longer obligated to accept returns. Items should be inspected by the customer upon arrival and any faulty damage or defects should be notified immediately.

The Refund:
If a return is accepted, your refund will not be in full. Due to the nature of our endeavour, we cannot refund the donated portion of our sale that has been donated to your selected foundation. Therefore the donation amount will be deducted from your refund amount. If you wish to see proof of the donation amount from your sale, please enquire and five us your order number.
Please also note that we do not refund our own shipping costs, but may refund your return costs depending on the nature of the issue.
Returning Clothing
If you receive an item of clothing such as a jacket, combat top or T-Shirt and you wish to return it because you selected a wrong size, we hold the right to refuse that return as we supply size guides in all of our clothing listing. If the item you received does not match the size guide we will accept a return but it is the responsibility of the buyer to check the size guide and fit prior to purchase.
If however the item is damaged, defective or sub quality, we will compensate or refund that accordingly.
Shipping Problems & Refund After Shipping:
If the buyer wants to request a refund after the item has been dispatched it will be denied. We cannot issue a refund for something in transit. If eligible the buyer can choose to return the item once delivered.
We ask that all buyers check the description of the items they plan to order and check whether it is a UK or Anvil international shipping item prior to purchase. Shipping times are stated clearly in the item descriptions.
Damages & Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Special Orders & Custom Orders:
Items that are not listed on the website which are sourced or requested specially in either bulk or individual quantities are non-refundable unless the items received are damaged or faulty, and this must be reported within 24 hours, in which case we will organise returns.
Bulk Orders:
Bulk orders are orders that either have a large quantity or a large cost attached, where discounts (commonly known as bulk discounts) can be applied to reduce costs. A "bulk order" can be requested for any item. Please contact us for further details and inform us of the item / items and quantities.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, e-books, guides, overlay packs, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item or ask us to exchange it. Keep in mind some items like larger sizes will have small price increases and we will only do an exchange if the value of the exchange is the same.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
